Why Feeling Stuck Is Part of the Process
Personal growth disrupts familiar patterns.
The routines, beliefs, and behaviors that once felt normal begin to shift. As awareness increases, you start noticing things you may have previously overlooked—how you respond to stress, where your energy goes, and what no longer feels aligned.
